Cotton Reboot! High Tension! (Playstation 5)

Cotton Reboot! High Tension! is the latest game in the long-running Cotton series. These classic cute ’em ups have existed ever since 1991, when the first game was released in the Japanese arcades. Then as now, you play as the young witch Cotton and her faithful (?!) fairy friend Silk. The original game has a modern remake called Cotton Reboot!, and Cotton Reboot! High Tension! is the natural sequel and evolution of that very remake. Magical!

A HORIZONTAL ACTION FEST
There are two schools of shoot ’em ups: either they scroll vertically or they scroll horizontally. Cotton Reboot! High Tension! is an example of the latter. You control the witch Cotton as she flies on her broom, firing forward or using bomb attacks on ground targets. The enemies you face are as tough as they are numerous, but Cotton’s firepower is nothing to scoff at. Fight hard and you will prevail.
